- station模式下，使能RT_WLAN_AUTO_CONNECT_ENABLE且enable autoreconnect
- wifi_disconnect 之后，wifi又重新连接。
期待行为，主动wifi disconnect，就算开启了autoreconnect，也不应该重连

Reproduce the problem on K230 with RT_WLAN_AUTO_CONNECT_ENABLE and auto-reconnect enabled, then trace the wifi_disconnect and auto-reconnect paths. Done means an intentional wifi disconnect remains disconnected while automatic reconnection still handles unintentional connection loss.
