Description

Describe the bug

I started with a free trail for a basic plan. However, the Basic plan cannot summary anything in AI.
So I switched to Plus plan trail. The Plus trail somehow became a monthly subscription instead of a 7-day-trail.
Moreover, there's also no way to make a refund.
Please check it out and fix it.

Research direction

The issue names no files, tests, entry points, or reproducible environment. Start by tracing the free-trial, plan conversion, and refund handling for Desktop Windows and Desktop Web. Done means confirming the Basic plan's AI behavior, preserving the seven-day Plus trial, and providing a supported refund path.
