Describe the bug

If the browser window is resized to an unsupported width while the Add Feed dialog is open, it continues to display above the overlay suggesting the mobile app to users. Additionally, the dialog shrinks to an unusable size.

Research direction

Start by reproducing the issue in the web app: open the Add Feed dialog, resize the browser to an unsupported width, and inspect the responsive overlay behavior. Locate the Add Feed dialog and mobile-app overlay components, then verify that the dialog no longer appears above the overlay and remains usable after resizing.
