When dragging actions in Preferences > Appearance > Customize Toolbar, the application may encounter the Minified React error #185. For example:

• Dragging quickly within Quick Actions or More Actions.
• Dragging quickly between Quick Actions and More Actions.
• Occasionally, this error may occur even without rapid dragging, simply from a standard drag-and-drop action.

Start at Preferences > Appearance > Customize Toolbar and reproduce the failure using the linked videos, especially rapid drags within or between Quick Actions and More Actions. Trace the toolbar drag-and-drop entry point and identify the state transition that produces Minified React error #185. Done means all listed drag scenarios work without the error on Windows.
