Describe the bug

I have never configured any subscription source to enable View Source Content or Readability in either Preferences or Actions.
I categorized the Hacker News feed under Notifications. In this category, none of the other feeds have this issue.

However, when I click on Hacker News, the content pane is automatically set to View Source Content and Readability by default.
While View Source Content can be disabled, the Readability option cannot be turned off.
