Describe the bug
I created an automation rule in Folo with the following settings:
Condition: Entry Title OR Entry Content matches regex (?i)(metalens|metasurface)
Actions: automatically star the item, send new entry notification, generate AI summary
The rule is enabled, but items from my subscribed feeds (Nature, Science, Optica.org, etc.) that contain the keywords metalens or metasurface are not automatically starred, and no notification is triggered.

Research direction
The report names no files, tests, entry points, entry ID, or environment details. Start by reproducing the enabled rule against a matching feed item, then trace where rules are evaluated; done means matching items are starred and notifications are triggered as configured.
