[Issue]: Cannot build image for Ubuntu 26.04

Problem Description

https://rocm.docs.amd.com/en/latest/compatibility/compatibility-matrix.html says that ROCm is supported on Ubuntu 26.04, kernel 7.0.

The Dockerfile used the operator uses for Ubuntu downloads the linux-modules-extra package: https://github.com/ROCm/gpu-operator/blob/fa43b1cac338749d25810b934cff3e942e0e86c5/internal/kmmmodule/dockerfiles/DockerfileTemplate.ubuntu#L23

However, the linux-modules-extra package is not shipped for kernel 7.0 and newer: https://discourse.ubuntu.com/t/kernel-development-release-cadence-and-deprecation-of-linux-modules-extra/65176

Therefore, the Dockerfile build fails:

Additional Information

There is a note for the 1.4.0 operator release that appears to be related.

There are a few places in the operator repository that reference this package, including the example Dockerfile in the documentation.

Start with internal/kmmmodule/dockerfiles/DockerfileTemplate.ubuntu and compare its package list with the Ubuntu 26.04 reproduction shown in the issue. Check the related example in docs/drivers/precompiled-driver.md and the release-note entry, then rerun the provided docker build; done means the Ubuntu 26.04 image builds without the missing-package failure.
