Description
If a model download is interrupted, it isn't resumed. Instead, the whole file is downloaded again - very annoying when you're at 4.99GB out of 5.1GB.

Research direction
Start by locating the model-download entry point and checking how interrupted transfers are handled. Reproduce an interrupted download and verify that retrying continues from the existing partial file instead of downloading the whole file again. Confirm the behavior with the repository’s relevant download tests, if present.
