Description
https://github.com/ROCm/AMDMIGraphX/pull/3010/files#r1648254890
With #3010 MIGraphX can fuse pointwise inputs for the Dot/conv instruction for MLIR.
It is not handling Reshapes that happen on pointwise instruction inputs. We can add those.

Research direction
Start with the linked #3010 diff and its review context to understand how MLIR fuses pointwise inputs for Dot and convolution instructions. Trace the existing fusion path and identify where reshape inputs are excluded. Done means reshape operations on pointwise inputs are handled during fusion, with the relevant MLIR behavior covered by the project's existing tests.
