Context: I have recently merged my work github account jdhoff-2dii with my personal github account, jdhofa (as per suggestion by @maurolepore and many online resources including github)

Any repositories not transferred (including pull requests, issues, gh-pages, wikis) will be deleted upon deletion of the old account.
