GUI not opening.

Description
So i am using the latest release of core and the GUI together. I want to test a bot i trained. so i ran Server and then the GUI. Only the server command prompt opened no GUI. I also tried running as Admin no difference. It seems like it starts loading and then nothing appears.
Windows 10
Using core 1.0.0 r.c 3 (also tried the newest non RC version same issue).
beta16 release of GUI.
I can send you the logs i just don't know where they are or if there are any.

Reproduce on Windows 10 by launching Server and then the GUI with core 1.0.0 r.c 3 and GUI beta16. First locate and collect the GUI logs, since the issue does not identify their location; done means either the GUI opens or the startup failure is diagnosed from those logs.
