Enable auto delete branches when PR is merged

Description
Just a suggestion but to keep things clean, it would be nice if branches were auto-deleted after PRs were merged. This is non-destructive as branches can easily be re-opened.
This is a setting that can only be changed by a repo admin. Instructions to do so are here.
