Description
Hi
I have searched in multiple places, but I could not find an answer. I am using Quarto 1.3.450 with VS code remote to WSL2. The issue is that syntax highlight works fine for Quarto in source mode, but once I shift to the visual mode, I lose syntax highlighting
to
I also can't use other customized keyboard shortcuts while on Quarto visual mode. For instance, F1 does not work anymore to get the R help window.
This might be a silly issue, but I really could not find a way to solve it
Thanks

Research direction
Reproduce the report with Quarto 1.3.450 in VS Code Remote over WSL2, comparing source mode with visual mode. Investigate whether syntax highlighting and the F1 R help shortcut are handled by languageserver or by the Quarto/VS Code integration; done means both behaviors work in visual mode or the responsible component is identified.
