Description
Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Vscodes reference features (e.g. where it shows all instances of where a function is defined and used) doesn't currently work for S4 methods. Instead it just returns "no definition was found".
Describe the solution you'd like
It would be good for S4 methods to work with the vscode reference system (apologies if I'm getting the terms wrong)
Describe alternatives you've considered
None
Additional context
Nope
