功能描述
在新版的newapi钱包充值账单查询中，普通用户只能查询1个月的充值订单，但是对于需要查询历史充值记录（某些用户想要报销截图）时，无法查询更多的充值记录数据，且不支持时间范围筛选。
应用场景
希望对于充值订单能支持更多的筛选能力，包含 日期范围筛选，用户名称筛选（管理员的功能），状态筛选，支付方式筛选的能力。
