功能描述
现在的模型重定向真的太不好用了。能不能在获取模型列表，选择模型的时候，就可以点击这个模型给模型设置重定向？或者在模型列表中点击某一个模型标签就可以快速的给这个模型设置重定向
应用场景
每一个渠道可能都会给同一个模型设置不同名称，这样可以方便快速的统一不同渠道的模型名
