Description

One setting I missed from reddit is fun is an option for pictures/video to autorotate even though you have the system and app setting disabled. I have the auto option checked within the app and have to then enable the autorotate option in the android pull down menu to view the video/picture I want to see in the proper aspect ratio. With reddit is fun, you can have the autorotate system setting disabled, the app setting for autorotate/orientation set to portrait, with another option to autorotate pictures/video depending on the aspect ratio I believe of the media which was amazing.

Research direction

The issue does not name any files or tests. Start by locating the media viewing flow and the existing autorotate and orientation settings, then determine how the requested media-specific behavior should interact with them. Done means pictures and videos can autorotate based on their aspect ratio while the system and app autorotate settings remain disabled.
