Description

I am using RedReader 1.18 from F-Droid. While RedReader remembers the collapsed state of the comments and replies under a post even across app restarts, it doesn't do so for the text of self posts.

Every time I open a self post, I have to collapse the text manually.

Research direction

Start by reproducing the issue in RedReader 1.18: collapse the text of a self post, restart the app, and compare its behavior with collapsed comments and replies. Trace where those collapsed states are restored, then verify that the self-post text remains collapsed after reopening the app.
