Description

Unless you never use redreader outside of home, or only ever use it for one type of content, it is frustrating having to toggle the nsfw content setting each time.

To toggle nsfw content, it requires 3 taps, 3 scrolls, 1 tap, 2 back button presses, each time. And that's if you even remember where the setting is buried. Usually, it's hunting in appearance, or images first.

On reddit desktop, with RES it's 2 clicks, without RES it's 3 clicks. It'd be great to have that type of convenience on RedReader. It could easily be a menu item in the main menu.

Research direction

Start by locating the existing NSFW content setting and the main menu in the Android app. Add an accessible toggle for the setting, and verify that changing it from the main menu updates NSFW content behavior without requiring the current navigation path.
