Description

I'd like to request an option be added to RedReader's settings that permits me to filter out image posts from appearing in my feed.

Over the past few years, reddit has gone way down hill. What used to be a great egalitarian news aggregator of news articles has turned into pictures of article headlines. Most of the items in my feed are images. People literally take a screenshot of an article's headline and post that instead of linking to the article. It most cases, these headline screenshot posts will get a thousand upvotes without even a link to the article in the comments! This has ruined my experience on reddit.

Please add a feature that allows me to filter out image posts from my feed, so that I can again use reddit as an egalitarian news aggregator.

Research direction

No files, tests, or entry points are named in the issue. Start by locating RedReader's settings implementation and the feed post-filtering path, then determine how image posts are identified; done means a user setting prevents image posts from appearing in the feed.
