Description

RedReader saves my memes with the most random filenames possible 😁

It would be awesome if it could choose a more helpful name, like adding the subreddit name, username or post title.

An idea for a filename:

Research direction

The issue names no files or tests; start by tracing RedReader's media-saving path and locating where output filenames are chosen. Define the filename behavior from the example, using available subreddit, username, or post-title metadata while preserving the media extension, then verify saved media uses the more meaningful name.
