Description
Here for some reason whenever I want to enter any text, it is all in lowercase by default right from the very first character.
The capital W that you see was created painstakingly manually by me.
And at the bottom you see I was not careful and a sentence was created without a capital letter in front!
At this moment I'm using Google voice typing to enter this GitHub bug report. And it does not have any such weirdness like RedReader has.
It's like I'm always stuck in passport number entry mode or something.
Thank you.

Research direction
No file, test, or entry point is named. First reproduce the capitalization behavior in RedReader and compare its text-entry configuration with the reported Google voice typing behavior; done when ordinary text fields capitalize normally instead of remaining lowercase.
