Description
The current zizmor.yml for the zizmor updater is hardcoded into the updater.
But other users might want to enable different zizmor features, so we should add an option to load a different zizmor.yml (maybe just a path option for that file).
We should also add a corresponding site config entry.

Research direction
Locate the updater code that hardcodes zizmor.yml and the existing site configuration entry. Trace how updater options are loaded, then define the custom zizmor.yml path and expose it through site config. Done means users can select a different configuration file instead of the hardcoded one.
