Description

Dear maintainers,
I am using Jupyter-ai-tutor in an environment with jupyterlab-myst installed.
As a consequence the markdown instruction title " Select a code cell and click ... ", is displayed twice with the SVG icons not rendered the first time.

This behavior is described also here https://github.com/jupyter-book/jupyterlab-myst/issues/300

I wonder if, for the tutor scope and waiting for a fix, it may be best to remove the title styling and replace it with a bold styling?
Happy to offer a pull request if this solution is acceptable.

Research direction

Start by reproducing the issue in JupyterLab with jupyterlab-myst installed, then locate the tutor's markdown instruction rendering. The work is done when the instruction title appears only once and its SVG icons render correctly without the duplicate styling.
