Description
Sometimes when a user selects a csv file they can observe that this file is not handled by Arbalister. The user can see a csv toolbar of the JupyterLab csv viewer.
There are no specific steps to reproduce it and frequency of appearing this issue is unknown. It happens on a browser private mode too.

Research direction
Start by reproducing CSV selection in JupyterLab, including private browsing, and compare the behavior with the attached video. Inspect how Arbalister and the JupyterLab CSV viewer register or claim CSV files. Done means selecting a CSV consistently opens it in Arbalister instead of showing the JupyterLab CSV toolbar.
