automation-backups

as that is what this repository maintains without intervention.

I find workflows- not a natural family document GitHub Actions workflows (was the initial idea).

The issue names no files or tests. Start by reviewing the repository's current name and the requested QuantEcon convention; done means this repository is named automation-backups instead of workflow-backups.
