Description
A UI element has a broken lower border. Reported during the theme evaluation in QuantEcon/lecture-python-programming#475 (closed, never merged).
Context. Reproduced against main at 6a22984, the current HEAD.
Preview build: https://699d241d064feca2f249791b--epic-agnesi-957267.netlify.app/intro
Note. The original report says only "the UI element needs some fixes on lower border side" and does not name the element or the page it appears on. Identifying both is the first step here — the screenshot is a wide, short crop, so the candidates are the topbar, the breadcrumb bar, or an admonition/code-block header. Worth confirming before anyone edits SCSS.

Research direction
Compare the current main build at 6a22984 with the linked Netlify preview and the screenshot to identify which page and UI element has the broken lower border. Confirm whether it is the topbar, breadcrumb bar, or an admonition/code-block header before locating the relevant SCSS; done means the element's lower border renders correctly in the preview.
