[long_run_growth] Add plots on long run growth rates

Description
Let's add a few plots on growth rates of GDP per capita to the long run growth lecture.
For example, let's plot the growth rate of GDP per capita for Japan since WWII, and the same for the US since 1850, in separate graphs.
Once I see the figures I'll suggest some text. The text will focus on long run trends, since as rising growth rates after WWII and falling growth rates over the last few decades.
One thing this sets us up to do is connect the lecture on long run growth and the next lecture on business cycles. The business cycle lecture will reproduce the figure for the US, noting that it came from the long run growth lecture, and point up that the growth rate is not smooth. Rather, it fluctuates.
