Description

#92 Phase 3: RunsOn Magic Cache, plus migrating lecture-python.myst's weekly artifact chain onto build-jupyter-cache/restore-jupyter-cache.

  • Flip cache.yml and ci.yml together
  • Move jax/numpyro into environment.yml's pip section first
  • Enable RunsOn Magic Cache

Ticks the PLAN.md actions/cache-on-RunsOn blocker. Consumer half lands in QuantEcon/lecture-python.myst.

Research direction

Start by reading cache.yml, ci.yml, environment.yml, and the PLAN.md actions/cache-on-RunsOn blocker. Apply the listed migration steps, including moving jax/numpyro into the environment.yml pip section and enabling RunsOn Magic Cache. Done means the weekly artifact chain is migrated, with the consumer half landing in QuantEcon/lecture-python.myst.
