Description
If you run lean backtest with the local data provider and you don't have the data in your local data directory, the algorithm won't place any trades. If the backtest runs with no data, it should inform the user that they need local data or they can run in the cloud.

Research direction
Start with the lean backtest command when using the local data provider, and trace how a run with no local data is reported. Use the linked local-data and cloud-backtesting documentation to confirm the guidance users should receive; done means the missing-data case informs users of both available options.
