Description

SSHSession use PTY (handler.invoke_shell()), looks like Windows does not have good PTY support.
When use (paramico.channel.execute_command()) the output is clear.

Research direction

Start by tracing SSHSession's PTY path through handler.invoke_shell() and compare its output with paramiko.channel.execute_command(). Reproduce the connection to a Windows OpenSSH server and identify the source of the artifacts; done means the CLI output is clean while preserving the existing command behavior.
