Describe the fix or the content request.

We only explain how an instance may have been archived. We should explain what it means, such as if it changes the UI, what happens if you try using it, etc.

Also, if there is a mechanism to delete instances, this section should cross-reference it and vice versa

For new content requests - if the request is accepted, do you want to write the content?

I only want to review the material when it's finished

Research direction

Start with the archived-instances section of the linked Instances guide and inspect nearby documentation for any instance-deletion mechanism. Document what archiving means for the UI and attempts to use the instance, and cross-reference deletion guidance in both directions if that mechanism exists.
