Clean up the output text from QMCHamiltonian
Base issue is #35
This issue is for the QMCHamiltonian class itself. Clean up of the individual Hamiltonians may be separate issues.
There are at least these to be cleaned up:

- [ ] Coulomb potential - free BC
- [ ] Coulomb potential - periodic BC
