Doubt about CIPSI-QMC procedure described in manual

Description
I have a doubt about CIPSI-QMC procedure described in subsection 14.1.1 of QMCPACK Manual (10Nov2020).
At the step 6, it is mentioned that steps 3 (frozen orbitals designation) and 4 (ao to mo conversion) have to be repeated after getting the natural orbitals.
However I expect CISPI also should be repeated.
Otherwise it does not make sense to designate the frozen orbitals repeating the step 3.
