File Explorer on the second monitor is inactivated when the spacebar is pressed. (Arrow key is not available)

Describe the bug

File Explorer on the second monitor is inactivated when the spacebar is pressed.
Therefore, the arrow keys cannot be used immediately without select File Explorer manually.

• It works well on the main monitor.
• It's okay right after you log in.
• This bug occurs after selecting and activating the QuickLook window on the second monitor.
• Restarting File Explorer, restarting the QuickLook App is useless.

To Reproduce

1. Run QuickLook by pressing the spacebar on the second monitor
2. Select the QuickLook window to activate it
3. Quit QuickLook
4. press the arrow key.
5. You cannot use the arrow keys immediately. Because File Explorer is now inactivated when you press the space bar.
6. It works well on the main monitor.

Expected behavior

If you select QuickLook window once on the second monitor and then press the spacebar to inactivated File Explorer and disable the arrow keys.

• QuickLook Version: 3.6.11 from Windows Store]

No source file or test is named. Reproduce the issue on Windows 10 with two monitors by opening and selecting QuickLook on the second monitor, quitting it, and pressing an arrow key; the fix is complete when File Explorer remains active and the arrow key works immediately afterward.
