Description
If you for example hover over an image while an image is being reviewed, the top bar shows up and stays there like it's supposed to. However, if you switch to a video file while the overlay thinks it's being hovered over (Like a video file behavior but it's missing or not visible on images, the overlay would remain there until you interact or hover over it again. The overlay also turns grey when re-selecting an image while you have hovered over a video and switched for some reason (Shown in the video)
The overlay should disappear when switching to a video

Research direction
Start by reproducing the image-to-video and arrow-key transitions described in the issue, using the attached video as a reference. Trace the desktop preview overlay handling for image and video selection. Done means the top bar disappears when switching to a video or using arrow keys, and does not remain grey or stale when selecting another image.
