Description

Describe the bug
Quick look a picture, zoom in, and use 2 fingers to scroll horizontally while the picture won't move. I'm using a precision touchpad. The horizontal scroll works well on other apps.

Research direction

Start by reproducing the issue in QuickLook 3.6.5 on Windows 10 with a precision touchpad: open a picture, zoom in, and try two-finger horizontal scrolling. Inspect the picture zoom and touchpad input handling; done means the zoomed picture moves horizontally while vertical scrolling continues to work.
