Add Feature: Manual Image Rotation (Hotkeys and/or Button)

Hi developers,

First of all, thank you for developing and maintaining QuickLook for Windows. It is an essential utility for many users.

I would like to request the addition of a manual image rotation feature when viewing files (e.g., JPEG, PNG) in the QuickLook preview window.

The proposed functionality is:

Allow rotation of the displayed image by 90 degrees clockwise and counter-clockwise.

This feature should ideally be accessible via a keyboard shortcut (e.g., Ctrl + R or Shift + R).

Alternatively, or in addition, an easily accessible button in the viewer window would be helpful.

Currently, the only way to adjust the orientation is through external editing or reliance on correct EXIF metadata, which can be inconsistent. Manual rotation would significantly improve the utility of the tool for quick viewing and checking of images.

The issue names no files or tests. Begin by locating QuickLook's image preview/viewer and its keyboard or button input handling. Done means previewed JPEG and PNG images can rotate 90 degrees clockwise and counter-clockwise through an accessible control, without relying on EXIF metadata.
