Description

Describe the bug
A clear and concise description of what the bug is.

When I restore the Explorer to the Windows 10 version, QuickLook doesn't seem to work in the Explorer. When I restore it to the Windows 11 Explorer, everything is normal again. This situation is limited to the Explorer, and it can be used normally on the desktop.
In addition, I used the StartAllBackCfg program to restore the Explorer to W10

Desktop :

  • OS Version: [Windows 11 24H2]
  • QuickLook Version: [4.0.2 from Microsoft Store or from MSI installer]

Research direction

Reproduce the issue with Windows 11 24H2, QuickLook 4.0.2, and StartAllBackCfg restoring the Windows 10 Explorer. Compare QuickLook behavior in the restored Explorer with the Windows 11 Explorer and on the desktop. Done means QuickLook works in the restored Explorer, or the incompatibility is clearly documented.
