Research direction
Start by reproducing the failure with the reported .wav, .mp3, .mov, and .mp4 files on Windows 11 24H2 using QuickLook 4.0.2.0, then trace the media preview path and compare it with the working image and PDF previews. Done means the reported media formats preview successfully without regressing images or PDFs.
