Description

Why is the taskbar icon in the notification area grey in Windows 10 and blue in Windows 11? Can I change this? I'd like it to be blue in both systems...

Thanks!

Research direction

Start by locating the notification-area taskbar icon entry points and the Windows 10/Windows 11 icon resources. Confirm why the colors differ, then determine whether the icon can consistently use the blue variant on both systems; the issue is done when the behavior is changed and verified on both Windows versions.
