Description
In some cases (but I don't know exactly when), previewing of selected files in the Open- and Save-File dialogs do not work.
It is in particular the case of dialogs opened by the 32 bits version of UltraEdit.
I imagined it could be linked to the 32 bits / 64 bits, and it is actually the case for a lot of 32 bits applications, but I have nevertheless some softs running in 32 bits that are nevertheless working fine with QuickLook (from this standpoint).

Research direction
Start by reproducing the issue on Windows 10 with QuickLook 3.7.3 Portable, comparing file previews in Open- and Save-File dialogs from 32-bit UltraEdit with dialogs from applications that work. Trace the dialog preview handling and identify the conditions that prevent selected-file previews; done means previews work reliably in the affected dialogs without breaking existing working cases.
