Previewing JPG file in CMYk results in black background and wrong colors

When preview an JPG which is exported in CMYK. the preview results in wrong colors and wrong background

To Reproduce

1. Find attached JPG in your download folder.
2. Select it and press spacebar to QuickView it
3. Result is a preview with black background and wrong colors

Expected behavior
A preview of an image how it is intended. Seems it always thinks an image is RGB

Start by reproducing the issue in QuickLook on Windows 11 with the attached CMYK JPG and compare it with an RGB preview. The issue names no source file or test, so trace the image preview path from the spacebar QuickView entry point. Done means the CMYK image renders with its intended colors and background.
