Description
Having an issue for weeks now on a fresh Windows 10 custom build. Completely fresh install of windows with no remote desktop software. When you try to QL a file on desktop, nothing happens. However it works anywhere else including in the desktop folder through windows explorer.

Files not working with QL from the desktop.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Go to desktop
- Press spacebar
- Nothing happens
Expected behavior
Expect a QL window to open.
