Description

Bug Description:
This happened before on the Microsoft store version, so i uninstalled it and tried the executable, it seemed like it was fixed at first but now it happened again, reinstalling the program, restarting my computer and other ways failed to fix it, when I try to open a video file the first time the video plays fine, then on my second playback the first seconds of the video lag and skip frames and then doesn't play the audio, and then it continues doing it with every future video I play, I don't know what causes it and it's really annoying because I love the program and I've been using it for months, please look into this.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Open the program
  2. Click on a video and press space
  3. Close the video
  4. Re-open the video

Expected behavior
the first flames skip and the audio doesn't play

Desktop:

  • OS Version: Windows 10 Enterprise 1909
  • QuickLook Version: 3.7.0

Research direction

Start by reproducing the issue with QuickLook 3.7.0 on Windows 10 Enterprise 1909 using the listed playback steps, then inspect QuickLook.Exception.log and the attached recording. Compare the first playback with subsequent playbacks; the issue is done when repeated video openings no longer skip initial frames or lose audio.
