Introduce a Scale.AI-style management layer to oversee neuroscientist workflows, proofreader progress, and model performance over a 6-month timeline.
Key Modules
[ ] Annotation Dashboard: 6-month SVG timeline with milestones (Model v1/v2/v3).
[ ] Proofreader Tracking: Weekly throughput and quality metrics.
[ ] Quota Management: Weekly assignment and capacity forecasting.
[ ] Model Quality: Precision/Recall tracking over training iterations.
Design Reference
Add new top-level tabs in Views.js.
Integration with WorkflowSelector.js.
Mock data implementation in api.js for initial UI validation.
