Description

There are a variety of properties that directly modify the underlying header list, and there is no good way to keep track of whether the modification was made by the Response() object itself or by a user.

This makes it more difficult to know when to "clear" the headers because they were automatically generated or whether the user set them manually and thus should not be cleared.
