Detailed Description

The (grab_anywhere_using_control=) feature in the window object is causing contro+arrow keys to grab and move the window down. No matter which arrow key is pressed while holding down control, the wondow moves down an increment for every contro+arrow keypress. Turning the feature off with (grab_anywhere_using_control=False),stops the problem and the control+arrow keys resume their normal text editing navigation functions (next/prior word, next/prior paragraph).

A work-around is to turn the feature off and use the Alt+mouse click to grab and move the window (which works fine). But I assume this is a bug since normally people would want to preserve normal editing functions even if the control+mouse click is used to grab and move (duplicating with alt+mouse click). Even the demo program has this problem.

Reproduce the problem with a minimal PySimpleGUI program using grab_anywhere_using_control=True and Control+Arrow keys, then locate the implementation of that window option. Compare behavior with the option disabled and verify that window dragging still works without disrupting normal Control+Arrow text navigation.
