Description

Feature Request

We're pretty dialed in on the the data we are actually using in the model at this point. I suggest we remove any old data from repo_data and move anything we regularly us in the workflow to a zenodo repository

Research direction

Start by reviewing the repo_data directory and the workflow steps that use its contents. Identify which data is still regularly used, determine how it should be organized in a Zenodo repository, and define completion as removing obsolete repository data while preserving the workflow's required data access.
