Description
Feature Request
Implement this EIA data to find max/min charge/discharge values from underground natural gas at a state level.
Of course, these rates change with pressure, but using an average will at least be a good starting point

Research direction
Start by reviewing the linked EIA underground natural-gas storage data and the repository's existing data-ingestion and storage-modeling entry points. Determine how state-level average injection and discharge rates should be represented, then verify that the model exposes usable maximum and minimum limits for each state.
